Oversees all aspects of shelter operations. Manages Foster Care Program in conjunction with the Manager of Volunteer Sercvices, approving or denying applications, hosting orientations and arranging foster care for animals in need.
Director of Development - Lin O'Bara
Responsible for fundraising, public relations and assisting in overseeing organization programs.
Adoption Counselor - Adoptions Christine Demers,Ruth Bowley and Janice Bowley
Responsible for greeting the public, answering telephones, admitting animals and supervising adoptions.
Office Manager - Jennifer Verville
Manages the business end of the shelter, including membership(s) and finances.
Manager of Volunteer Services & Foster Care Coordinator - Sharri Johnson
Coordinates volunteer participation, schedules volunteer opportunities, facilitates fundraisers, and arranges outreach events. Manages Foster Care Program in conjunction with the Director of Operations, approving or denying applications, hosting orientations and arranging foster care for animals in need.
Manager of Communications - Shannon Camara
Presents Humane Education programs to local schools, community groups, communicates our mission to the community, facilitates fundraising and activities.
Kennel Manager & Behaviorist -
Oversees day-to-day care and needs of shelter animals. Evaluates incoming dogs; consults with prospective adopters; assists public with behavior issues.
Animal Care Specialists - Jessica Helfenstein, Megan O'Shaughnessy, Andrea Viscera, Ruth Bowley & Nicole Beauvais. Responsible for all direct care services to shelter animals.

The Concord-Merrimack County SPCA is a special admission shelter and we accept all adoptable animals from throughout Merrimack County. Our name reflects our geographic service area, not a governmental body. We are a nonprofit agency dependent on private donations and are not supported by tax dollars. As a special admission shelter we accept adoptable animals in need, but we do utilize an appointment policy to ensure there is space for all incoming animals.
